The Sircle Inc. Welcome featured Speaker Rev. Dr. Joy L. Gallmon who served the 11th Episcopal District as Director of Christian Education. She currently serves as 1st Vice-President of AME Women in Ministry.
Dinner will be in honor of all of HBCU Graduates: Past, Present and Future.
